The excess stuff that hangs on the body work is removed but even Gtechniq isn't good enough to leave the car totally clean.  :grin: it still needs a proper wash but in the mean time I'm happy the salt has gone.

I didn't think it wouldn't need a proper wash but if a quick blast of a power washer will get most of it off then it will do me for a midweek quick wash.

Turned the soundaktor off completely and hopefully cured a little dashboard rattle to boot.

Two and a half months of winter grime, including the mess from a weeks holiday in Cornwall, washed away. It took a visit to the local jetwash and a couple of hours chilly graft but pretty pleased with the result:
