Ordered them from carmats2u.co.uk. Very good quality and perfect fit. Ordered the premier super lux carpet and it is real nice - much better than VW's OEM  mats. Not the cheapest of mats but well worth it IMO.
Designed the logo myself and emailed it to them and they reproduced it on the mats for me. Was pleased with the result.

Looks like they've changed the shape of the heel pad, unless you requested a rounded shape?  I got mine back in Jan but they have the square heel pad.  Both look good but I personally prefer the square pad.

No, never asked for that shape in the heel pad and didn't know about the shape until they got delivered. I was a little peeved to start off with as I would've preferred the same shape as yours but they have grown on me and I am happy

Where did you get the dead pedal from is doesn't look like the osir one and it's not a flee bay cheapie lol
