First thing I bought when I picked up my Mk7. Wouldn't be without it

Apart from the colour, I think your R and my R might be interchangeable.  Ah, but you need some paddle shifters.....

Lol
Still think the S2T B3's are too Bloody expensive for what they are but "IF" I was to go for them I think I would go for the polished clear anodised (Silver) as I think there are enough little bits of silver on the steering wheel to carry it off quite well  :smug:

You mean you don't like my polished black ones!

I agree, clear silver will look good and better for Lapiz.  I think that's the beauty of the interior though that actually pretty much any of the paddles would go well.

I'll take your "IF" as a "WHEN"

Now now... Who said anything about not liking your polished black paddles

And as for the " IF as a WHEN" comment............we'll see

Took it for a works outing up to the top of Summit on the West Yorkshire/Lancs border to look at Tunnel Shafts. Not very interesting and very wet and windy. The car is now particularly dirty but enjoyed the change of scenery and the A roads, great fun.

Gave mine a much needed wash due to a lorry throwing mud at it and its blue, no photos but looks great on the black pro race 1.2s with newly fitted R centre caps

Map being put back on tomorrow so all set for Pistonheads SS at BMW HQ where I will be inspecting the latest purchase

Fitted the paddles from S2T, it takes longer to read the how to than actually do it

I really think we need to see some pics of your R wigit with it's new wheels (how many sets is that now?) and centre caps.  Don't deny us, pretty please......

Bit of fun really but today I activated the WLAN on my 2013 GTD with Nav Pro (MIB I), with the standard (i.e. non premium) phone kit. No real use for it yet, just did it as I could. Thanks have to go to a chap from the Netherlands user name - Chillout on VWVortex, as it was he who probed and unlocked it.

Let's hope we'll be able to turn it into a WLAN Client soon!
