Got the car back. Not convinced that it is any better. Will find out if the fault is back after a few times through the Tyne tunnel on my commute next week. Will give it a blast later today to see if it is any more sensitive to being close to the car in front with the <car>!<car> warning. My black spoiler trims on the boot lid are a little straighter (although still a gap at the top on one end, but the outer edge follows the edge of the rear window perfectly so I think they are cut wrong in the first place (like an incorrect angle on a piece of skirting board or coving!).

My Blackvue 650 kit has arrived from Amazon.fr, approximately £52 cheaper than I could get one here in the UK for (with 64Gb card and magic power kit all in for £267 delivered), but i'm sure i'll be too pissed to fit it tomorrow and too hung over on Sunday after my cousin's 50th celebrations tomorrow. I should wait anyway - poor planning on my part as I forgot to order one of those cheap trim removal kits from ebay on the day I ordered the Blackvue kit. It is on its way. A job for next weekend I think.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

Got back to windy London last night. Collected my car today which was peppered with bird pooh. Big dollops of it. Came off eventually and surprisingly no damage to paintwork. Most impressed.

Tornado Brown is its new colour. Filthy on the outside, though very clean on the inside.

Filled tank with Tesco's best Had no choice as I was running on empty. Surprisingly excellent. MH is right. Then took the car on a long run and it was intoxicating fun. The Bridgestones were most friendly. Another surprise.

Got back to car from asda to find a nice shiny screw in my week old tyres. To say I was fuming was an understatement considering I'm going away tomorrow in the car on holiday. Sprayed some water on it when I got home and no air bubbles woohoo. Gently prised it out and still no air bubbles so quite a result.
TCR, Pure Grey, DCC, Dynaudio and Climate Screen.

I've got some black nuts (just need a clean) and ordered some black centres

Surprised by the result as I'm thinking these may be on for a while

Yeah black nuts and centres will finish them off very nicely.  How many sets of wheels are you and the missus up to now?  I've lost count!

I suspect that won't be last of them.
