Washed it and due to clean inside after the United citeh game. Found a fair few stone chips at the bottom of the car

My rear discs are in a similar state. What paint did you use?

Ordered it some presents from Demon Tweaks in the form of some black Pro Race 1.2s and some Dmack track day tyres which are road legal and have A for wet weather, TSWs are too nice for playtime

Had a wander around my local dealership this morning, hoping to see a Polo GTI and compare it with a Mini Cooper. They don't have a GTI, but the Bluemotion GT (1.4ACT) impressed (apart from the seats, not a fan of the upholstery design). Saw a few new GTIs and GTDs, as well as a lone R DBP in Prets. All were on Bridgestone rubber.  Does not bode well for mine.

Had a look at the Mini Cooper - the interior was definitely designed to please a toddler, Fisher Price had a hand in it i'm sure. 

And then the postie dropped me off a cheque for £873, relating to a 2011 holiday delay to Cancun i've been battling TUI for 2 years over (2 x E600 compensation as per EU longhaul flight delay regulations). Best day in a long time.

Big buttons and dials easy to see when the dizzy lasses are applying their make-up no doubt. In the Mini dealership looking at a convertible was some "Legally Blonde" type with a Chihuahua hanging off her by a few straps like a handbag (surely that's animal cruelty?). You can't get any more stereotype than that.

Congrats MH! Somehow that compensation claim just kind of sums you up (in a hotukdeals and moneysavingexpert kind of way)!! Good news!

I think the whole face lifted MINI looks a bit Fisher Price with outsized headlamps, tail lamps and air scoops too. They're still cool though. Unlike most of the ditzy owners.
