Well finished work earlier to get all my paint,filler etc as well as some parts from vw in the form of a wheelarch liner,front grille,retainer and an R32 bumper centre vent in order to carry out my front grille mod hoping to make a start later this afternoon :afro:

I did read the Vortex forum and agree that this grill looks smart  :cool:

I must say i do love the parts dept at VW when you ring up/go in and order random parts like this - they're always a bit like wtf!?!

I think it looked great in that thread, but looks like a b!tch to get right and looking decent. Good luck squire!

Oh, and remember to post some pics on progress etc..... some mods seem to like having 12 page threads without any pics what so ever  :drool: :evil:

dont think it will go with the standard bumper, but looks wicked with the r32 bumper. good luck tho mate :)


The Clio didn't as it's naturally aspirated and French  :sick:  :laugh:
