An independent tyre garage will be able to do it for half that IF it is repairable

thats good to hear, i mean from the angle that it has gonein im not sure if it has punctured but see what they say, im off to a bbq and suprize suprize its raining, so everything seems to be in order lol

How do they repair them? Everytime I have had a punctured tyre it has required replacement according to the place I take mine to for tyres

The tyre must be removed from the wheel to check for any internal damage, Then i think thay drill it and use a special bung and seal it.

As said tho it must be away from the sidewall.

Yeah your prob right TBH always get them to show you the tyre

You never know, it may not have gone through!!  Has it lost any pressure?

If it has, though, I'd say that was a bit too close to the sidewall for a plug.

Just take it easy driving over to a tyre ctr, as you never know, it could blow out!
