Finally took the big step to replace the heater matrix on my mk2 golf

what a PITA but now at long last i have HEAT

only took 4.5 hours start to finish including a coffee

fitted vento front end and then swore at it coz she wont start grr.

Golf caught fire

managed to disconnect the battery in time and saved it investigated found the fault on the ignition, still on pulling out the damaged loom.

Admired it from across an empty car park, thinking how great it will look with the new springs, shocks and mounts fitted.
