Sorry.   :embarrassed:  Yesterday prediction for snow was for Sunday, which kind of ruined my plan, now it's Saturday so could be screwed for both days! Grrrr

Nice system as said post a vid when its all on

Cheers, will have to see if I even manage to get it on now.

Not too worried about the white stuff, worked on cars in all weather before now, however the last time I tried to start it, it wasn't having any of it which worries me as it's never failed to start!  Secondly I ne edto get the car in the air which may prove difficult on my drive in snow.

Richard Lloyd Racing MK1 - FOR SALE
So, I had planned to get the new exhaust on today, weather was bang on for it too!

Something I didn't think I'd be doing this year is now in full swing, my house is up for sale.

The missus and I are going to take a gamble on a bigger house that needs everything ripping out and doing again, plus side is it has a Garage that the Golf can move in to. Be a good project and Investment if we get it but a lot of graft coming my way!  Getting it depends on getting the right money for what we have now.  Today we had viewings so had to stay out of the way.

When I got back home I thought I'd at least get it fired up, take it for a spin and put it where it needs to be to get it in the air.  Something I failed to mention in the past is that since the last time I drove it (August!), I haven't been able to start it!  Was really pi55ing me off as I'd made some good leaps forward with regards to getting it running nicely.  After half an hour of trying, it turned out I had to disconnect the warm up regulator.  This has annoyed me as it hasn't been on the car long!

Took it for a VERY noisy blast all over the place for about an hour and it seemed relatively happy considering. Going to get the new exhaust on this week, even if it means doing it in sub zero temperatures in the dark!
