I just hate the fact that it sounds like a tired and battered wreck when it doesn't drive like it.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't be daft, I would have just got you to help.   :laugh:  Then your arms would have been black like mine.

Wet sanding this much metal by hand is a chore!
