8v to 16v help needed

Had 16valve engine put in 8valve mkII 18 months ago and still not working. ?The 8valve vacuum pipe is still there, will this work. ?I need diagrams. ?Also need wiring diagram help. ?Can anyone help?

Weren't the wiring diagrams I posted any good? Are there no other diagrams in that list that will help?

dont worry about the russian and go to the last link on the page. at the end of this .pdf doc there is all the wiring diag.

another russian site - follow the links on the bottom of the page to your spec of VW, it should then give you a list (in part english) of car parts with construction diagrams and offical VW part numbers, cheeky huh.
