Hi Foxy,  I don't use a cable at all now, I only used one first time to set up Android Auto and since then it have always worked wirelessly.  I play my music through Spotify (via Android Auto) so could that be the difference.

BTW - Radiohead's Exit Music isn't just played when I'm getting out of my Clubby.

Cheers Bil that could be why it may be an Apple thing! It would be quite impressive though if exit music played everytime you switched off the car!!!

So, looking through the post, it seems maybe it is possible to change the driver's display from red to another colour - even in 'Sport Mode'? Please confirm this and how to do it, especially if you've actually achieved it yourself personally. Many thanks

Yes in the colour setup there is an option to enable or disable the mode colour changes.

I'm currently rolling with blue all the time

That's brilliant! Thanks so much. That overcomes one of my partner's concerns about us ordering a new MK8 GTI in January 2022. Just need to convince her that with DCC adaptive damper system, and with the winter comfort pack, she'll be able to drive around town in comfort with heated seats, and with a smooth ride over our bad roads in Dorset. Thanks again.

Set dcc to comfort plus and ride over the bumps like you are in a moon buggy.

Seriously you'd never imagine it's a car capable of a pretty rapid turn of speed.

Just be aware that ordering in January you won't see it properly until January 2023.  I wish I was joking.
