ive got 16's on at the mo but i want 17's on there is it alot of work or would they go straight on

YEA ITS BEEN LOWERED , WHAT WORK WOULD NEED TO BE DONE BEFORE I CAN GET THEM ON WOULD RATHER DO IT NOW BEFORE THE RESPRAY

Prob rolled arches mate. Can't see you'd need to get the metal chopped though unless they're a lot wider than the current ones...

shouldnt think youd need to do much but u sure u dont wana just drop it more and leav it with 15/16s? just my opinion but i think too big wheels look odd on a mk2. got any pics for us?
(theres a reason to do it now-prove me wrong!)

would actually depend on wot kind of drop you have...i have 17s on a 40mm drop on the cab and is ok...just no tight turns..

yer hun...dont worry...a few people have alot to say about 17s on mk1/2...but i do actually think mine suit..but if we all liked the same...life wud be well feckin boring!
n you can see in sig how she sits on them wen lowered..

yeah it looks lush! every time i see it i want a cab a little more! Its all hans fault, shes always talkin to me about them and now everytime i see one i want it!

ta hunny..cabs are the way forward dont ya know..
ul only get away with a 40 drop like...as bazzer said,any lower and you will need to mod the arches-just so were back on topic..
