Yeah, revision B would be the one fitted from new. As for swapping it when re-mapping, no point. Seen people running 300bhp or more on either revisions. A remap alone should net you a further 30-40bhp, the 2.0 TFSI engine responds stupidly well to a proper re-map. Just get it done by a recommended tuner or opt for a Revo "off-the-shelf" map.
