What was the knocking noise.

not top nut, but the one below it,  the coilies were 2nd hand, and came with the VR6 top mounts, so all different than my mk2

quick zip off with the top cap and nut, allen key and cut out socket, top cap and nut back on, all is good.

Gotta love the ~Cordless Impact Gun, best tool I bought in ages  :cool:

What Impact Gun you got Chuffster? Ride heigh looks good, but maybe needs going down 10mm more at the back?

Fixed that for you  :laugh:

 :rolleyes: it already scrapes, - and you have a nose down stance, thus when loaded its level  :wink:
