Are the prices shown on site with the 20% discount already off or is 20% taken off at checkout?

I spoke with the dealer about mine and can't take it out early.  My warranty expires end of April so can only take it out then when the 20% off deal has ended

I had the same issue in November time when they were running the discount, I phoned VWFS and they told me I had to wait until my warranty ran out before applying. I suppose you could take out the plan when your warranty expires then call them up to change it to the discounted rate when they next run the promotion in however many months time. I’d rather pay full price than risk a mk8 with zero warranty.

They wouldn't change mine I'd taken out ten days previously to the now discounted rate...

I had to cancel (inside of fourteen days) and take it out again (thanks guys for the suggestion BTW)

Absolutely ridiculous process but the lady I spoke to said it was the only way... And I was about the fith person to call that day to do the same with her!

So, no, they won't reduce an in place contract price... Idiots

I got the All In when it was still on the introductory offer in 2022.  I have paid £25 per month for two years cover and benefits on my 2019 Golf R.   It expired on 28 March, the works being carried out on my car a day before this. (I prefer a little wiggle room!)
I renewed yesterday thanks to Delsa at Pulman VW Durham - keen that I did not miss out on the 20% reduction, Delsa awaited me showing as Not having a plan in VWs system.
Super attentive service here😎
I have a further 2 years All In at £30 per month. A bargain for sure.
I’d have still taken the Plan at £37.50 a month. Still a steal in my eyes.

Yeah I didn't think £37.50 for what they were offering was a terrible deal either - just was annoyed that they dropped the price literally as I signed up!

I know why they offer it, its because by having your car serviced and MOT'ed by a VW dealer means you might well have any non-warranty work done while you are there... its bait.

Yes, agree @fredgroves.  I paid extra of course for Brake Fluid change this time and also had the Aircon Service done - at a reduced price, precautionary measure as my car covered just under 1 k last 12 months!
I’m aware the DSG Service is now eyewateringly dear.  Bur essential.
I’d normally have just gone with VW extended warranty and paid for servicing on top.   I like the security of a warranty, especially with EA888 and DSG.
Happy days.

Is the DSG service included in that All In plan??

I suspect the Haldex service isn't
