Has anyone encountered this issue with the dash? Series of bubbles, similar in apperanace to a phone protection film not applied properly. Can't feel any imperfections, but my wife has had the car less than 3 months, so I'm going to raise it with the supplying (non franchised) dealer to sort.

Either it's just water spotting from misc. product or else damage to the digital screen caused from a misc. product.
Hit it with some glass cleaner and see if it removes it. Looks more like damage in my opinion due to the evident scratches trying to remove it.
I also doubt you'll get anywhere with the dealer.

I have tried glass cleaner on it, but it's evidently behind the surface, inside a laminated screen. The plastic screen is quite bendy and not rigid. Bit of a strange one TBH and as its not on the surface unlikley to be caused by an external influence other than a manufacturing defect on close examination.

A quick check, but has the screen protector been removed?
I drove around for 9 months in my new Audi Q5 before realising that the screen protector was still in place 🙄

I came across this Andy as a worst case fix for you, you can get the screen repaired for £150.

It's been replaced under guarantee.
I have the original complete dash here if anyone wants to offer a few quid for it!
