Plans will be the same as before. To make this 1 of the best mk3s around!!!!
Why the change of heart??? I'm not sure but deep down I knew I couldn't just let it go. A simple but time comsuming job of getting the heating working on it helped. Achieving something again on the car just gave me a little lift and I kinda feel like I owe the car something!!
So yeah on with the build we go.
I kinda never stopped thinking about the car and what I would do so even though she was up for sale I still collected the last major piece of the puzzle. That was a genuine US tailgate:
So I now have everything to complete the exterior makeover. Interior wise I have a plan but I have decided to ditch the TT dash. Hopefully my plan will show why.
She's also booked in for MOT 2moro so I'm going to use her. We may be at UD if I get invited but will be with me at early edition and I'm going to take her to worthersee with me. When back the strip down and rebuild will start.
