lent my mate some polish...
« on: 28 November 2010, 17:19 »
alright lads, lent my mate some pb's pro polish 2, and some natty blue.

he rang me up to say he's dug out a machine buffer and do the pads need to be clean?

so any ideas how i'm gonna sort the mess out he makes?

hes not gonna clay it, probably not gonna wash it either. i did shampoo it and get the worst of the gack off, but it'll need at least 2 bars of clay to get it to a good place.

how much damage can he do with a buffer? its not a good one, think its a 20 odd quid argos one. not a "proper" one

i wish you and your mate good luck because your going to need it tbh from what you have put above, a small to medium size peice of clay is enough to do all of the car, 2 bars is definatly not needed and would be a serious waste of money.
polishing an unprept car is a recipe for disaster.
