Hi guys, got rid of my Mk3 16v and got a 115 GTTDi. Warning light came on so I got the laptop on the case. The fault code that came up was: 17672 (P1264). I rang VW, no help whatsoever. The car is running fine, but if anyone knows what it means that would be a great help!
Thanks in advance

Looks like it is somewhere around here:-

So either a coolant problem or fuel inj/air :undecided:
I reckon coolant.

Where would you find what the fault code means? The car has developed another fault pretty similar to the last one: 17675 (P1267) on cylinder 4!! I've tried Bentley's and VW. It's as if it has developed a unique fault because it's a special car. My luck.
Anywhere else I can check the full code listing?
Or shall I just wait til it dies?

I would have thought the Bentley was the best place. If its not in there I'm at a loss

the 17675 is injector 3-control limit exceeded. probable cause control period to long, wiring ,injector
the 17676 is injector 3-control limit not reached. probable cause control period too short, fuel level low,air in fuel system.
i got these fault codes from an auto-data diagnostic trouble codes book.
hope this helps ya out good luck.
