This ones just a quick question from my brother hes got a 16v mk2 his heaters get hot and cold but they just  blow really weakly  even when on full any ideas ...... :smiley:

Try checking the supply to the heater motor, or replacing it altogether. Alternatively check the air feed to the motor.
Try searching as well, it's been discussed before :)
