Why couldn't VW have offered these shell bucket seats from the Cupra Cup in the Edition 45?!

They look nice but with such prominent bolsters I dare say it wouldn’t take long for the bolsters - especially on the drivers seat - to show signs of wear and need re-trimming.

Haha! Ordered my CS in January 2021 with winter pack and Adelaide’s and you've received your 45 with more options before me. Was in not August when you ordered yours?

I’ve got a feeling there will be more 45’s than standard Clubsports at this rate.

VW or dealers are unlikely to be worried about customers cancelling - with new GTI’s and R’s being in demand and in short supply, IMHO dealers will have no problems selling those cars when they are eventually built, and at a higher price than the original customer signed up to.

Edt45 orders are and have taken priority over other GTi/CS orders

Any cancelled orders will just be for filled by another customer

But if the cars aren’t even built yet and the customers are canceling them will the dealership ever even take delivery of that car? Or will the dealership cancel it with the factory?

Dealers will have a back log of customers wanting cars so quick phone call and new buyer is found

Silky16v, yours was not a bad turn around considering many others like myself ordered in May, I wonder if unknown to you, you snapped up a cancelled order.
