Simply sounds like end of August was the cut off point because they had already said the ED45 would only be produced in 2021...

That was in something from VW a long time ago now.... the numbers wouldn't be limited, but the production date would be.

I am guessing their target time for order to leaving the factory is 4 months - which historically is about right.

Backed up by the German Configurator not being live for the CS45 now!
