Does anyone use carly for mk8?

and if so what is the "must-have" changes you would recommend for my mk8 gti?

ALSO,

Can any dongle like Carly / OBDeleven / VCDS turn on things like "voice control" for the golf that would normally be paid for option via the weconnect website?

No you can't tamper with the paid for enabled options because they are protected with SFD.
