Hi all, basically my brother is going to be sliing his bora in a couple of months. Ive been offered it for £1500, does this sound a fair price, specs are below.

Needs a few things sorting though:
Slow at starting, had a new battery but still the same, possible starter motor.
Think it needs a driveshaft as when you accerate hard you get s horrible loud vibration from the passenger side wheel area.
Wipers dont work on intermintent, so possble wiper stalk,
Any advice would be appreciated as i need to decide whether to carry on saving for it or go hunting for another car as the mrs is havin my golf end of this month
