Title: Start up Quacking noise. Help!

Hi all. I've just changed my rocker cover gasket on my beautiful GTI but now its making a quacking noise on start up and goes away when the engine is warm. Could it a belt or the EGR pipe leaking? The car runs and drive fine no loss of power and I've has the belt and water pump changed recently. I do have a link to the video below.
