go to AVS, use the beru ones they specify.  no need to change em unless you massivly uprate the engine in some way, a spark, is a spark, is a spark.  bAll you have to do is make sure it happens at the right time ;)

agreed with RJ. A spark is a spark. Although, ive used 4 electrode plugs from bosch in my mk2 and they were very good.
