I just hate the fact it's split between bbc an sky
Not paying that extra £5 a month for a channel for every other week
So have to stick with the highlights half the time :(

But being it only the first race cant really judge anything yet still a long way to go
It will be an interesting season tho

I am in the same boat mate, I don't have Sky but what I do is download a HD torrent about 4/5 hours after the race has finished.

Did it last weekend and you can get the whole 4 hours from Sky Sports in a torrent. So you don't miss out then and plus it is all free

I used my brothers details last year to use Sky Player on my Xbox, but his HD subscription has run out and now F1 is part of the Sports package only not HD, so even he can't get it!

Really miss the days of being able to just turn on BBC/ITV and watch it all for free.

I want to shove Vettel's finger up his arse.

Qualifying is so boring now, 9 times out of 10 you know Vettel will be on pole. Might just give it miss every week now and just watch the race.

Hopefully we will get some rain during the race to mix things up

Problem is my brother was given a deal to have the HD package for free for 6 months, so we got the F1 channel, now that deal has finished.

Sky announced the other week, that new customers or people who now don't have the HD package, will have to take out the Sports package to get the F1 channel. All customers who still have the HD package will keep the F1 channel.

Apparently Sky bosses are not to impressed with the amount of money it costs to cover F1 throughout the year and the viewing figures are awful. Look at last night peak times figures ;

17:45 to 20:00 - 2002 Malaysian Grand Prix: 2k
20:00 to 21:00 - F1 Show: 26k
21:00 to 23:05 - FP1: 13k
23:05 to 25:10 - FP2: 9k

So a average of just 12,500 people watched the channel yesterday evening.

Going to be some fallout from this one, I've haven't seen such a frosty podium in years.
