Black Edition 30 yesterday on Bushey Road, SW20 at about 2pm .....

Driven by a lady that liked to accelerate to about 2 ft from the car in front and then undertake at speed if they didn't move out of the way quick enough!  It didn't seem to matter what speed they did over the limit .... she still wanted to go quicker.  Didn't look too clever to say the least
