Order to Build Week

Could those that have ordered, please let me know how long it took from when you placed your order till you got your build week ?

I'm 3 weeks in and I don't have mine yet, not sure if thats the norm or not.

14 and a half weeks in, told build week 34 (22nd August).  If your dealer is anything like mine you have a long wait!

seems were the only 2 with one on order or have taken delivery matchboy.

I ordered on 8th July.
Found out build week on 28th July (three weeks later)
Build week 35 (24th August),

Im gonna ask for a build date first thing in the morning.  I phoned before but the sales guy was with a customer and he didnt ring back.  I ordered 27th June.

Ordered 1st July, got told the same day the build week, 38, still seems a long way away...............

Obviously they have an amount of cars per week that they can build. Im sure as the orders come in they just fill the production week quota, Then move onto filling the next. I assume that there is already a large backlog of orders coming in.

i know.  although i'm all very excited now as just taken a call from my dealer (1st time) and he has told me my car is production stage 1 so has started to be built!  so excited i think a little bit of wee just came out!!
