Red steering wheel trim...thoughts?

Hey guys

Saw this on eBay and thought it might look good on steering wheel buttons? What do you guys think...?

Not my cup of tea, but then everyone is different and has different likes and dislikes. I see the details on eBay are in German (link below);

Were you planning of fitting these to a mk6 GTI? Translating the ad details (lower down in the link) suggests they are not suitable for the GTI model, so you may have some issues trying to get them to fit. Translation below;

Product features
- ABS plastic
- Matte Red
- self-adhesive, double-sided tape
- is simply glued to the original visor
- 1 pair ( left and right)

Fitting for following vehicles:
- VW Golf 6
- VW Passat 3C
- VW Touran GP2
not suitable for R - Line and GTI models !
