440 round mile trip over the weekend, mixture of Motorway, A roads, country stuff and town. 46.9 mpg, not a hint of a coolant leak I was worried about, all smooth and relaxing. They are truly great cars.

Been a busy year for the car but all finished now.

It's had:-
Clubsport S front brake disks & Yellowstuff pads
Clubsport S lookalike rear brake disks & Yellowstuff pads
New steering wheel trim
New gear knob
Belevdere wheels (not currently fitted)
Front end re-spray (chips and peeling paint)
Front end PPF
Full paint correction and machine polish
2 coats of ceramic

Now it's all shiny and tucked up in bed.

You can’t beat red when it’s all shined up

How are the yellowstuff pads for dust compared to OEM?

They are less dusty, with less large lumps, but not 'no dust' ;-)
They seem to work fine too, although I don't drive hard on the brakes.

I picked up the Mountune Stage 1 remap for my manual Mk7.5 GTI PP a couple of weeks ago during their sale and finally got some time to get the ECU flashed.

Easiest repair ever - broke the vent fin mechanism a while back when I dropped my Disklock on it🙄. Took less than 5 mins to replace. £25 from EBay👍

Replaced my old DSG knob with a genuine TCR one. The metal on the old started peeling making it quite sharp.

Looked at this myself, but went for the unicorn self tube instead. And feedback?
