Is it the same person you call or all different people?
Reason I ask is, my wife said she couldn't hear me when I called her a few times in a row. (Nothing new there
)
Then she said she couldn't hear my daughter when she called.
So after removing the bluetooth paring and repairing, it then dawned on me she had the volume down!!!!
She didn't know the phone had its own volume. Which I suppose to someone who isn't technically minded is fair enough, considering she would be listening to blaring music then a loud ring tone then nothing.
