Replacement Sills

Ok, been asked to post this on behalf of my old man! Can anyone recommend where to get replacement sills from for a 3dr Mk2? Also is it much of a job to get them welded on and roughly how much should you be looking at for the cost of the sills and cost of the welding?

as for fitting , if you want the car made like new again its not going to be cheap as theres no join into the quarter panel so it will need blending in there with a bit of filler and painting up

cheaper option would be have it welded on and undersealed if its a rough car
