Digifiz brackets into Scirocco
« on: 12 May 2011, 12:09 »
Well since my analogue clocks have decided to add 2000 miles to themselves over the last 200 miles I've driven, im trying to get my digifiz set up in my rocco.

I have the digifiz (although I havnt tested it as I dont know how)
I have the wiring (although not 100% certain its for my fusebox)
I have the EEPROM chip programmed to my mileage
I have the wiring necessary to convert kph to mph
I have the gear cog conversion thing

I am in need of mounting brackets and the time clock adjuster and its wiring.

Now to my question.

The brackets I've read are designed for golfs only and wont fit rocco's and that it may be better off just trying to modify my existing brackets (for the analogue clocks)?

Does anyone know if this is the case? Or has anyone ever done this conversion before who can shed some light for me?

you been over to club rocco? This is a very complex conversion you are asking about. A 16v rocco reading to a 160clock reading to a digi loom when you have sensor issues

The entire world is a Money Pit, you just have to pick yours.

In all seriousness the best thing you can do is to give me the Digifiz setup so I can put it in my Golf.
