Thanks for all the comments.

Yes it's been machine polished,i borrowed a rotary from a lad at work and got to work.I didn't do any paint correction due to my first time using one,tried auto glym srp but it gave a dull finish ended up using meguiras deep crystal polish(stage 2) went over the car with a soft pad and wiped off,after that some auto glym egp then a wax,took about 3 hours to do but well worth it.

I had clayed the full car a week earlier which made things much easier.The polishing was piss easy,bought myself a rotary now and will start on paint correction next with harder pads and cutting compounds.

lol! Just saying it how it is! Wheels are awesome, love how the rears are more concave than the front works so well
