There is a possible swap on the cards i currently have a mk3 16v anniversary on coilovers and brock b5's loads of other bits done to it. The swap is for a mk1 jetta on schmidts with a mk2 1.8 engine conversion, i love my mk3 and dont know.much about the mk1 jetta....i have had loads of old bugs so im used to old school driving.....just not sure what to do!!

This, for me its a no brainer.  But then I'm some what biased in this section of the forum.  Go give it a proper check and come back with good news.

Check it carefully for rust but is a no brainer, mk1 Jettas are getting rare and will increase in value over time.

jetta but check VERY carefully for rot particularly sills and rear axle mounts, lift carpets on inside and check inner sills  :wink:

Thought the same when I saw them, I'm not sure but when next on a pc I'll find out as the pictures are off a feature on stanceworks that had a load blurb about the car.
