Just how nippy?

The Mk1 Campaign  have just accquired has a TSR 1.9 engine and a Pack C head. It goes like f**K and I have been told develops 145bhp with a 0-60 sprint of about 7.0secs. Anyone have a similar set up or can advise if this is true.

It certainly embarrases my MK3 8v GTi!!!!! But then so does most Mondeo's!!

LOL, not surprising. I had a Skoda Octavia 2.0 a couple of years back and some guy in a MK3 8v tried to overtake me on a dual carriageway accelerating away from a roundabout. He couldn't do it, the cars were an exact match on performance, very embarrasing for the GTI driver (even more embarrasing than owning a Skoda?)  ;D
