What car? What headlights?

If it's got dual chamber (separate high beam like GTi's etc) then they are all H1.

Illegal to run though.
Golf MK3 1.8 auto and I didn't pay a grand for the "priveledge", auto windows all round and a AC. Oh and I've got a luggage net you pricks!

Does that make my willy look bigger?

Oh yeah it's called Helda or something....

standard mk3 headlights, 1.8 driver. its meant to show an ice white colour so should be safe enough on road?

'Matty' thought you were referring to a HID kit as this seems to be a common mod at the moment due to ordinary light bulbs not being bright enough

I'm not sure which headlights a Driver has but if your H4 bulbs definately don't fit then I'm guessing you probably have the dual chamber GTI style headlights which as said above take H1 bulbs

Aw fair enough, its just replacement bulbs to get rid of that yellow headlight look. When I had a look around the H1 bulbs look the same as the one I took out my headlights so I will go for them. Thanks for the help

H1's are single filiment and you need two seperate bulbs one for dipped and one for main beam. h4's are one bulb with both filaments incorporated.

I seem to be getting confused now lol. would the H4 fit in the mk3 driver headlights without modification? or am i better just getting two H1 bulbs for each headlight?

You need twin light units for h1's like the gti not sure what the driver has, if it's a single light unit then you need h4's.
