I think I need some Vagcom assistance...picked up my car yesterday, burnt out a firmware disk and updated this morning but I cant get the voice control to work. 09 Plate GTD with one previous owner, has the Fiscon phone prep fitted and Mic on the pillar. I think I need to have it enabled in/by Vagcom and maybe the wiring checked as per page 3 here (

anyone got similar experience and anyone in Herts/north London/South England able to assist with some Vagcom or point me in the right direction??
