Given the car it's penultimate clean, should be collecting replacement in 2 weeks

Ive got the parts just never got round to fitting them yet ::embarrassed:
I do have it turned on with vagcom for pease of mind and know it worked.

Thanks for the link Snoopy.  Worth doing I think, though I'd probably just get it turned on via vagcom as you suggest.

TPM was standard on my mk5 and tbh I assumed it was on the mk6.  Only realised it was something that had to be specced after I got the car!!!

I will be sad to see it go but comfortable we have made the right decision. In all honesty I should have bought a DSG .:R for the direction I was wanting to take the car but enjoyed the GTi in he time we have had it.

Wife is excited at getting her first brand new car and I will commence the hunt for a decent Integra Type R or possibly S2000 next year as a fun car

Took it to the Porsche garage so my dad could buy his new cayman.

Got me tempted with a boxster s but 3 cars is enough as it is!

Some prick in an x5 twitted his door on my mirror he was parked so close. Lucky there isn't a mark or I would have really lost it!

I wish I had the issue of only 3 cars

I have used all my holiday entitlement this year trying to sort things out to I get down to 3 but failed. :embarrassed:

Just realised ive not used the mk6 since the 20th August I guess I better use it the week after next before the winter starts!

The most I ever want to own again is 4.
1: Daily
2: Winter Daily
3: Classic
4: Sports car

Nice
I need to sort my workshop out, sell the 4 project cars, sell my workshop, build a detached double garage before I get something like that. Maybe 2020 for me

I'd recommend a test drive of the Spyder. It's a beautiful car, but really designed to be driven with the roof off (not ideal in this country for 364 days a year). Anything over 50mph and the canvas roof flaps around like pair of the wife's keks.
