Speed to Statement....
« on: 10 February 2006, 17:46 »
Hi all,

Thought i'd better introduce meself in here too, currently I own a 2005 Civic Type R, and am selling it (unfortunately ) due to moving out to a new apartment. I've seen a few Mk2 Gti's round my way in very good nick and have always slowed to admire , i think they look awesome, somewhat of a statement, an icon so to speak, and so it seems only right now that the time has come to sell my current beauty, that I look for my own Mk2!!

Am currently looking for as much info as I can gather up before i make my choice and purchase, and hopefully thats where you knowledgeable guys come in!!!

clicky link to my thread in the MK2 section (more info required please)

many regards and hello to all,

Ben.

Welcome Ben.

So whats the Portuguese connection then?

the only Portuguese connection for me would be the colour of my old M3 evolution, twas estoril blue, and that was my name on the bmw forum i was a member of, and so it just kinda stuck.....

sorry there's no flambouyant story of international connections, just the colour of me old car....
