So, sat last night waiting for my son to finish football training, and the windows start to steam up. So, went to turn the fan up to find out its not working
Tried several times to get it working, by either turning the climate off, leaving it for a while then turning back on, then turning car off, waiting, then starting again, but nothing.
This morning I started the car, fan is working, but as I travelled to a vw independent the fan stopped again.
So, found a vw independent place who plugged in and found 13 faults on the motor. The good news is that they fixed it within 2 hours (that includes sourcing the part), the bad news is the part costs £275 !!!!
I would recommend either Inde tech or Vag Tech in MK, as their interest, knowledge and customer service is superb, much better than Wayside VW in MK, who could not look at the car until Wednesday next week!!!!!!!
