if it was getting QC'd why did it not fail on plates? :tongue:

cos it got new plates on by the time the test finished  :whistle:

thought about fixing the MOT issues myself - fcuk that its cold and windy out there  :laugh:

So its in my mates garage for the day.

All new speakers just turned up for it, and a new aerial

Ebay shopping basket now has £1023 of stuff in it  :whistle:

Emissions - co2 high - but when it was put back on the tester at lunch to adjust it - it was fine  :huh: :undecided:

But what car was the probe hanging out of.  :grin: :evil:

well after 40 minutes in the rain sorting someone elses golf out thought I would do something to mine

wish i hadnt bothered  :rolleyes:

dash speakers - what a cnut to change when you have hands like shovels  :angry:

then the string I had used to trace a path for the new aerial lead snapped  :lipsrsealed: :shocked: :cry:

75 minutes of try try and fooooooooooking try again to feed a wire coathanger back thru - even more difficult when on your own, trying to wiggle it under the bonnet reaching out of the car whilst trying to see the thing under the dash - and it starts raining - think my neighbours learnt some new words this avo  :whistle:


eventually got it done, fitted the new rear speakers and have given up - the under bonnet stuff can wait til wednesday when i go it indoors in my mates garage  :smiley:
