But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

awseome 1st car ha
would be better if it had a turbo  :sad: :embarassed: but at 17 i could only afford to insure the 1.8n/a  
hopefully in a year or two when insurance isnt so much of a rip off i will be getting something like a mk2 ( light ect.)  and putting a 1.8t out of a mk4 in it or maybe something else and hopefully try get 200+bhp out of it and get it real light, but that will no doubt be a good few years :(

yeah i know what you mean. im 19 mate and im paying £970 o a mk2 like. its stupid. the most ive payed was for my first car which was £2780.

the insyrance these days are terrible dunno how poeple afford it tbh :/
