split r dump valve good? bad?

Hey, pretty new to this site but was just after a bit of advice on the forge split r dump valve,
I picked one up a few days back and after reading about it im not so sure weather its as good as the forge 007, does eny body know weather swaping the atmospheric discharge with the metal screw on plug (supplied with the kit) would perform jus the same as the forge 007 DV?? cos dnt wana rely go hunting for the reciept for an exchange. thanks

lol yeah dont let rhyso see this  :grin:

from what ive read the split r can cause problems, so say its fine, most advise to go for the 007p

I have the 007p, runs fine  :smiley: i gues it all depends what you want if it is the blow off pshhhhh im not sure as the 077p does but isnt massively loud

I've got the same problem deciding but I have heard that the split-r dump valve has been revised a few times and doesn't encounter any problems now, maybe just a rumour though.
