Can someone tell me how the Haldex would improve my Gti. So I don't have to decifer all the scientific drivel.

Basically Haldex is fwd when the car has no wheelspin. As soon as it detects wheelspin  or even the onset of wheelspin it puts power to the rear of the car as well as the front.

Of you buy an aftermarket Haldex controller you get 4wd as soon as you put more than 30% throttle input.
