ED30 NEWS... Limited Edition plaques coming!!!!

Hi guys,

After months of badgering VWUK, we now have a result.
Received a letter this morning... the missus phoned me through the content at work.

It appears that ALL Edition 30 owners will now be issued with numbered plaques (based on build date/VIN numbers).
VW are sourcing a manufacturer and they estimate a couple of months before despatch.

They apologised again for the overun.

Seems that sometimes making yourself a pain in the ar$e pays dividends.

i should get a low number as mine was regestured in feb 07. so maybe a sub 100 number!!!

i will piss my pants if it comes in the post with instructions to fit in drivers seat handle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  ,

Well done for all the pestering Hotrod.

A replacement brushed strip above the glovebox would be nice, still keeping the edition 30 logo
