Annoyingly I sold my genuine bars i had for my mK7 hatch not thinking I would have another.
It would appear mK7 bars fit the mk8 looking at part numbers.
If anyone has a set of roof bars knocking about for the hatch let me know. Don’t have to be genuine VW ones.
