2014 world rally championship

The WRC started this weekend at Monte Carlo .
Another win for VW but even better a podium for Kriss Meeke (although in a citreon ) and top 6 for elvan Evans in a ford , Two brits to watch this year .

Andreas Mikklesen for VW is another one to keep your eye on. But seeing two union flags in the championship top 10 is always a bonus. Could be quite an interesting season ahead...

Usually the highlights aired the Tuesday after the rally weekend has finished on ITV4. I also just watch the clips on the WRC website, but that's because I spend most of my life at a PC.

I suspect the poor Polo will need the front strut tops strengthening after what I saw yesterday. It was morbidly fascinating to see it destroy itself against the windscreen.

Rally Australia on this weekend .
A win for VW and also 2nd and 3rd as well .
4th for Kriss Meeke in the Citroen . fantastic after getting a 1min penalty .

RACC Rally spain this weekend , if Ogier wins he gets championship but Latvala can beat him it may go to Wales Rally GB to decide who is champion .
